Object

Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL is organizing, for promotional purposes, the “ESTA NAVIDAD, REGALA PITAS” giveaway on Instagram (hereinafter, “the Giveaway”).

This is a nationwide giveaway (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) that will be conducted through PITAS' social media channels. Six PITAS AW25 packs will be given away: three packs of shoes and socks, and three packs of slippers and socks. All prizes are subject to availability.

Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL reserves the right to modify or expand these Terms and Conditions, provided that such modifications or expansions do not prejudice or diminish the rights of the participants in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, participation in a giveaway of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is conducted.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, associated, endorsed, or administered in any way by the Instagram platform.

The giveaway starts on Friday, December 12th at 3:00 PM and ends on Wednesday, December 17th at 11:59 PM. The 6 winners will be announced on Thursday, December 18th via direct message.

 

Requirements to participate in the Draw:

Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL will consider any person who meets the following requirements to be a participant:

  • Be over 18 years of age or have authorization from your legal representative.
  • To be the owner of a valid profile on the social network where the Giveaway takes place: Instagram
  • Follow @walkinpitas' profile
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Mention in the comments of the promotional post of the Giveaway the special person to whom you would give this gift (it can be whoever you want, parents, other family, friends, partner) who is also of legal age or has the authorization of their legal representative, and has a valid Instagram profile.

The Prize

The 6 winning people will each receive:

1 pack of shoes + socks or 1 pack of slippers + socks.

General Terms and Conditions of the Draw

  • The prize is non-transferable.
  • A period of 7 calendar days from the notification of the winner is established for claims.
  • Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL reserves the right to cancel or make changes to this Draw, as well as to the prize offered, undertaking to announce such change through the means it deems appropriate, as soon as possible.

 

Winner selection procedure

The selection of the winners will be carried out using the following procedure:

  • A list will be generated that includes participants registered through the social network where the @walkinpitas Giveaway took place, from the beginning to the end of the giveaway promotion. In this specific case, from Instagram.
  • The winners of the Draw will be selected through a raffle platform.
  • It will be verified that the winners have participated correctly and that they have met the requirements of point III.
  • Six winners will be selected on Instagram
  • Those who do not comply with the above will be excluded from the Draw.
  • The winners of the Draw will be contacted by direct message on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
  • Once @walkinpitas knows the winners of the Giveaway, they will announce it via DM
  • Finally, the winner will be contacted by sending a direct message through Instagram and as soon as they confirm the prize, it will be shipped.


Procedure for communicating the winner of the Draw

PITAS will verify that the participants who have won the Draw have fulfilled all the requirements demanded in the Draw.

If the participants meet all the requirements, PITAS will contact the winners via private message to their Instagram profile in order to request their personal data necessary to deliver the prize effectively; as well as to require proof of legal age.

Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL reserves the right to withdraw the winner status from those participants who do not meet all the necessary conditions for participation, or if it interprets that their participation has been fraudulent.

If PITAS does not receive a response from any winner before the next calendar day after communicating to their Instagram account

PITAS will consider null any participation made after the closing date of the Draw, as well as those that do not comply with the participation requirements of the Draw (section 3) of these Legal Terms.

Any expenses and taxes that the acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses arising from the Draw that are not expressly assumed by Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL, will be the responsibility of the winner.

 

Comments and opinions

Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that could infringe upon the rights of others will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate their right to honor, privacy, and image will also not be allowed.

Participation in the Giveaway, as well as the publication of comments made by participants on the posts, must not violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service . If PITAS discovers the use of fraudulent means for participation, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of PITAS.

 

Responsibility

PITAS , by way of example and not limitation, are not responsible for:

  • Regarding the use that the winner makes of the prize subject to the Draw.
  • For damages caused by comments made by participants in the Draw, which at any time could offend the sensibilities of other Participants.
  • PITAS reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it.
  • In the event of force majeure or if there is a justifiable cause, PITAS reserves the right to modify or even cancel these Legal Terms before the end of the publication period, undertaking to communicate any changes or cancellations in advance.
  • Instagram's rules on promotions stipulate that each participant or contestant is exempt from all liability.

Image rights assignment

Participants authorize Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL , in the event of winning and accepting the prize, to capture and request their image and/or voice (both through still photography and through audio and/or audiovisual recording), and to reproduce, distribute, transform and publicly communicate said photograph and/or recording, as well as to use and disseminate their name and surname as winner, in any advertising and/or promotional activity related to this promotion, through PITAS's social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok…) or other means, without said activities conferring any right to remuneration, consideration or economic benefit except for the delivery of the prize won in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

This authorization includes all rights of reproduction, transformation, distribution and public communication of the recording or images captured, without limitation of time or territory.

 

Acceptance of the Legal Terms of the Draw

Participation in this Draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions.

In the event that any participant expresses their refusal to accept these Conditions or performs any acts contrary to them, they will be automatically excluded from the Draw, and PITAS will be released from fulfilling any obligation contracted with said participant by reason of this Draw.

 

Data protection

In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”), each participant, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this Draw being incorporated into a database owned by Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL to process the user's participation and to notify them of the prize if they are a winner.

Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, SL maintains adequate security in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, and has implemented all available technical means to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data provided by participants through the promotion. However, participants should be aware that internet security measures are not infallible. PITAS undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding the personal data contained in the automated file, in accordance with applicable legislation, and to ensure its secure processing in any transfers that may occur.

The participant guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and is responsible for notifying PITAS of any changes to it. The participant will be liable, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided, and PITAS reserves the right to exclude from the Draw any participant who has provided false data, without prejudice to taking any other legal action that may be appropriate. Participants are advised to exercise the utmost diligence regarding Data Protection by using security tools, as PITAS cannot be held responsible for the unlawful theft, modification, or loss of data.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file, owned by this entity, for the purpose of managing the Draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.

Conservation

If any of the conditions are found to be contrary to law, this circumstance will not affect the rest of the Legal Bases, which will remain fully in force for the appropriate purposes.

 

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of disputes, these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law. Any controversy that may arise shall be submitted to the Courts of the consumer's domicile, as described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
